Mrs Villiers, who has said she supports Barnets plans for a new stadium. As she held the Tory seat in Barnet, she has said it was "no surprise." And it wasn't but lets hope for a different result in next years Local elections. She has told the Barnet Times that she will strive to help protect green belt in the Borough. But as you can see above she supports our ground plans is this the political football once again?
Mrs Villiers now MP told the Barnet Times: "It's a huge honour to have been nominated as the MP for Chipping Barnet. I've waited a long time for this moment. I would like to thank the people of Chipping Barnet for choosing me."
She also said she was "very excited" ahead of going in to Parliament on Monday.
She added....
"I was very optimistic, but I got more votes than I expected. I still can't quite believe it. It's still sinking in,"
Pauline Coakley-Webb the Labour candidate finished second with 13,784 votes.
I think that KBA will be starting there campaign soon for people to vote Labour in the Local Elections and I also urge all fans that really care about this club to vote Labour next year to get our new ground. Because you never know what will happen 2 years after that..........
