Janet Matthewson, KBA said: "We are fed up with the way the council is behaving. Councillor Melvin Cohen says he doesn't know what the club's plans are, when it is there in black and white in the November 2003 Working Together document. The whole situation is just ludicrous. We are fed up with the council playing games."
