Deen was signed on a short term contract but has since signed a two year contract and scored his first ever goal in senior football in Barnet's 3-1 win at Northampton. He was released at the end of last season by Macclesfield Town having joined them from St. Albans City in July 2008. He made 19 league starts for the Silkmen plus another 9 appearances as a substitute.

Ben Wright had a trial at Barnet in the summer of 2007 and impressed manager, Paul Fairclough and was offered a contract but chose to join Lincoln City instead. He was released by Lincoln at the end of the 2008/09 season and joined Macclesfield Town.
