Tresor Kandol joined Darlington on loan from Dagenham & Redbridge in November 2005 and made 6 starts plus 1 appearance as a substitute and scored 2 goals before returning to the Daggers. He played against Barnet in Darlington's 2-1 hoe win over Barnet. He joined Barnet the following January for £50,000 from D & R. He scored 10 league goals for Barnet from 27 starts, plus 2 appearances as a substitute, including a hat trick in Barnet's 3-2 home win over Rochdale in November 2006 which turned out to be his last game for the Bees as he moved, on loan, the following week to Leeds. He moved permanently to Leeds in January 2007 for £200,000. He is currently on loan to Millwall.

Paul Newell joined the Bees in 1994 and played 16 times in goal for Barnet before joining Darlington in 1996. He made 39 appearances for Darlington before joining Sittingbourne in 1997.
