Kevin Lisbie signs for Barnet

Barnet have signed 36 year old striker, Kevin Lisbie following his release by Leyton Orient. Lisbie's last season with Orient was hampered by injuries and he had a loan spell at Stevenage.

Lisbie began his career at Charlton where he progressed through the youth system to the first team and 176 appearances scoring 16 goals and also had loan spells with Gillingham, Reading, QPR, Norwich & Derby before joining Colchester in 1997.

Lisbie scored 17 goals in 43 appearances for the Essex club before moving to Ipswich Town a year later for £600,000. Lisbie struggled to establish himself at Portman Road and was loaned back to Colchester where he 13 goals in 43 appearances in season 2010/11. He also had a loan spell with Millwall before joining Leyton Orient in the summer of 2011. Lisbie scored 48 goals in 125 appearances for Orient.
