Barnet manager, Mark Stimson made just one change to the line up that started against Charlton, with the suspended Glen Southam, making way fro Mark Hughes in midfield.
The Bees fell behind on 11 minutes when Elliott Benyon scored for Torquay from close range but Barnet were level on 20 minutes when Mark BYRNE headed home a Mark Marshall corner.

Mauro Vilhete replaced Kevin Gallen on the hour for the Bees. However, there was no further scoring, but Barnet claimed only their second away point of the season but remain bottom of League Two.
