Barnet travelled on Tuesday night to Dartford who were struggling down the bottom of the table. The Bees had Luke Gambin back in the starting line up after injury as well as Keanu Marsh-Brown back after completing his three match suspension.
Barnet started strongly, but Bradbrook had the first chance for Dartford when an overhead kick was saved by Graham Stack. However it was Barnet that took the lead after 19 minutes when Keanu MARSH-BROWN received a ball from Ahmed Abdulla and struck a superb shot from the edge of the right hand side of the penalty area which left Phil Smith in the Darts’ goal helpless.
Former Bee, Adam Birchall hit a shot from outside the box but it was easily saved by Stack and soon after, Luisma Villa earned the Bees a free kick in a dangerous position just outside the penalty area. LUISMA took the free kick himself and sent a wonderful free kick past Smith into the back of the net to put the Bees 2-0 up.

Luke Gambin was unlucky not to put Barnet 3-0 up when he hit a fine shot with the outside of his foot only to see his shot come back off the far post. The same player hit a stunning shot from outside the area which crashed against the crossbar and the Bees could have been 4-0 up.
Soon after, the home side almost reduced the areas following a fine run by Birchall whose shot spun up and looked to be going into the net but for a fine tip over save from Stack. From the resulting corner, the ball was cleared off the Barnet goal line and cleared.
At the other end, Gambin played a fine through ball for substitute, Keiron Cadogan who almost put the Bees three up but for a fine save by Smith. The Darts’ keeper had to be alive from the resulting corner when Marsh-Brown hit a fierce drive from the edge of the area which Smith pushed over the bar. Barnet held on comfortably to take the three points, their first in four games. The win takes the Bees back to 7th in the table.
