Yakubu and Gillet to miss tonight's match

Barnet go looking for their fourth consecutive home win tonight as they take on promotion challengers, Darlington. Barnet have won the last 6 times in this fixture. Since returning to the league in 2005, Barnet have won both home games but lost all three away matches. In Christmas 2005, Darlington won 2-1, Ben Strevens getting the only Bees' goal. In the Darlington side was Tresor Kandol, who the following March scored Barnet's winner in the 1-0 vital home win over Darlington.

The following season, Darlington won 2-0 at home, in October a result that left the Bees hovering above the relegation zone, but a 2-1 home win in late March helped to ease any relegation fears for Barnet, Liam Hatch and Dean Sinclair scoring. In February, this season, a missed penalty by Josh Wright cost the Bees a point at Darlington as the home side won 1-0.

For tonight's match, Barnet are still without Rob Beckwith and Cliff Akurang and Kenny Gillet is also now out and could be joined by skipper, Ismail Yakubu who is also doubtful. Ian Hendon's injury also means he will not be available on the bench. Jordan Parkes could return at the back, with Nicky Nicolau maybe moving to left back to allow Jason Puncheon to return.

Darlington, who are looking to push on to an automatic promotion place, will be without strikers, Gregg Blundell and Guylain Ndumbu- Nsungu who are both injured and Richie Foran who is suspended after being sent off last Saturday at Bradford. Tommy Wright is also doubtful as is defender, Ryan Valentine.
