Barnet Football Club chairman Tony Kleanthous confirmed a few months ago in a question in the Tony Kleanthous Q&A (Mine really) asking if the old South Stand that the club had in to the Football League when i first start supporting the club in 1999.

Tony said that if the Bees win promotion that it will be put back at the South of Underhill. The Bees won promotion against Halifax Town in the Nationwide Conference 3-1 victory last Saturday.
This will boost the capacity of the ground from 5000 to 5500.

So if Tony was telling the truth then we should be expecting the old South Stand back at Underhill when the ground will be hosting League 2 Football once again.
The South Stand was first introduced in I would say around 1995. It replaced the West Bank a terrace at the south end of the ground and was where most of the atmosphere was generated at the time. But after finding out that the terrace was unsafe the club replaced it with the South Stand which was an away stand. It was then taken down following the clubs relegation and replaced by the smaller current South Stand when the Bees got relegated from which is now Coca Cola League Two. The current South Stand only holds around 200 fans and is now a for Home supporters.
