The system that has seen the Bees get 7 points from there first 3 games of the season and second place in the table. The system gives the Bees a 5 man midfield of Lee, Sincliar ,Strevens, Graham and of course the ginger prodigy that is Nicky Bailey. He has urged Paul Fairclough to keep the system which leaves striker Liam Hatch who has just returned from an ankle injury in time for the Bees game on Saturday against Macclesfield Town at Underhill, out in the cold. The Bees 21 year old midfielder told the Barnet Times:
"Playing 4-5-1 gives us more opportunities. We've now got loads of runners coming from midfield,"

"The formation is better for me. I'm now playing in the centre of midfield which gives me the chance to get forward and score more goals."
Nicky has scored twice for the Bees this season in three matches and has made 44 appearances for the club scoring 11 times since his move from Sutton United in the summer of 2004 which led to an FA Tribunal where the Bees were forced to pay £10,000 to Sutton United.
