Just Smile

Fairclough has told the Boys and fans to smile to get back to winning ways.
Paul "football genius" Fairclough said the key to ending the recent poor performances is all about enjoying the Football

Fairclough told the Barnet Times: Early on in the season, we were audacious and not thinking about what would happen if...
"Now, because we've had a hiccup, you start looking and questioning, and that's not the thing to do in football. You should relax and enjoy it. It's all about getting the smile back on faces.
"If we go back to enjoying our football and not worrying about the end of the season, I can't see a problem."

Paul Fairclough locked the players in the dressing room for 45 minutes after the thrashing the Bees took at Accrington Stanley losing 4-1.

He said: "It was what the players needed at that time. We spoke about the game and addressed it, and now we've moved on."
"Every single team has a period in the season where something goes wrong or goes against them. We just need to take a deep breath and acknowledge what we've done throughout the season."You can work as hard as you can and results don't always change. We have got to get the enjoy' element back into our game."

The supporters have been magnificent this season and true supporters will always support us," he said."We all want the same thing. We have got to have complete solidarity."And "Communication is one of the most critical and important things in life. How we communicate is vital."If players sense any form of derision or negative communication or body language, it will affect them."Everybody needs to just calm down. We are still top of the league."

On Saturday the Bees have a massive match against Aldershot Town. The Bees havent won in 4 games and really do need a win in the match. Aldershot have been effected since the recent re call of striker Jonny Dixon. After the reaction to all of what Hendon said last week there is sure to be a great atmosphere.

COME ON YOU BEES!
