After the Bees drew 1 all to Carlisle United with an amazing last minute goal in the 95th minute by Giuliano Grazioli and the celebrations began with the Bees being given the Football Conference title. Paul said: 'The players have come a long way and I'm so proud of them.
"We will have to move up a notch, but they will have grown and will be very firmly focused.
"I would like to keep the majority of the players. I'm already looking forward to it with excitement."
Paul Fairclough won the Nationwide Conference title in the 1995/1996 season with local Hertfordshire rivals Stevenage Borough but this time Paul Fairclough lifted the trophy in Black and Amber colours he new his side will be playing League 2 football next season.
Paul Fairclough has previously said that the fans at Underhil Stadium and away at all the Nationwide Conference grounds this season have played a big part in the clubs promotion.
"The fans have been absolutely awesome and the celebrations were amazing," he said.
