The draw was made on Friday night after the most of the second round fixtures taking place last Wednesday. Hemel Hempstead beat St.Albans City 6-1. Thomas 3, Sarll, Sinclair & Carney with there goals. Other results in the second round include bitter local rivals Stevenage Borough winning 4-3 at Broxbourne after Extra time. The shock of the round was a 1-0 win for Tring Athletic of the South Midlands League against Championship high flyers Watford they will play Stevenage Borough away in the next round. Southern League Div one East leaders Boreham Wood who won 6-0 away at St Margaretsbury.
Welwyn Garden City beat London Colney 1-0 and Hertford drew 1-1 away at Leverstock Green but the Greens won 4-2 on penalties.
